TYPES OF WEDDING CAKES

•  Commercial Bakeries
  • Many specialize in nothing but wedding or special occasion cakes.  These bakeries produce a large quantiy of cakes, and generally have a variety of cake styles and designs to choose from.
• Caterer
  • Many times your caterer will provide the wedding cake.  Since wedding cakes are not their specialty askt to see pictures and taste a cake you are considering
• Non-commercial Wedding Cake Bakers
• A list of favorite flowers or pictures of them

Questions To Ask Your Florist:

1. Will they deliver the flowers to the event?
2. After Delivery, Do you also decorate (set-up)?
3. Will you put the flowers around the cake (if flowers are ordered)?
